String of Pearls Pedestal Dish (read full description)

A wheel-thrown and hand-built dish in a speckled, white, semi-matte finish. The lip of this unique piece is surrounded by oversized ‘pearls’ of clay. This pedestal dish is perfect as a small fruit bowl or as a centre piece.  

Please note, this piece sits ever so slightly unlevel. It has leaned just the tiniest bit when it was soft in the extreme heat of the kiln. We’ve tried to capture this in the photos. It’s only a very slight tilt.

This piece is food safe and can hold hot or cold food.

While we recommend hand washing as the safest option, this piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. All Illyria Pottery is lead free.
