Mug in Dark Blue

I threw these mugs on the pottery wheel, and attached a smooth, shapely handle once they were partially dried. I've painted them with a smooth black slip and then poured blue glaze over the surface. 

This image is representative. As you can see, each mug is unique in size and shape, glaze pattern, and 'sprig' (the dot of texture). Individual. Just the way handmade things should be.

All my mugs are various sizes, but this one falls into the following range: the body width measures between 9-12cm (3.5-4.5 inches) and height 9-11 cm (3.5-4 inches).

While we recommend hand washing as the safest method of cleaning, this piece is dishwasher (and microwave) safe.
