Large Striped Bowl: Wheel-Thrown Pottery. Salad or Serving Bowl: Three

Black and white is so right.

I've covered the bowl in black slip before it was kiln fired. Once dry, I carved through the slip to reveal the white clay beneath.

This piece is coated in a warm white glaze making it food safe.
